Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Mosaic Hair Salon & Medical Spa ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, booking system, and in-person services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Mosaic Hair Salon & Medical Spa provides the following services at our Ottawa location:
- Hair Services: Cuts, styling, colouring, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and specialty services
- Medical Aesthetics: Laser hair removal, facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic consultations
- Wellness: Japanese Head Spa, relaxation therapies, and holistic treatments
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments
Appointments can be booked by phone at (613) 558-1697 or through our online consultation form. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to your service total and are refundable with 48 hours notice.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date

- Medical aesthetic treatments require an initial consultation to assess suitability

- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is not appropriate for you

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Hair Salon & Medical Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
